Throughout Lew's 21-year career in the US Navy, our family has relocated around the country and abroad more times than we care to remember. Having gone through our fair share of relocations, we know first hand the dynamics involved with being a buyer, seller, and Realtor. One of the best parts of this job is meeting new people, listening to them very carefully to understand their needs, then being there at the closing table when their goals have been met. Our fundamental goal is for our buyers and sellers to make knowledgeable decisions during the process based on thorough, accurate information. Pamela has earned the Seniors Specialist Designation. Seniors Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, and other issues. By earning the SRES designation, Pamela has demonstrated that she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to assist with the specific needs of those aged 55 and older. |
